Great house. Excellent location.

We rented this house 2 years ago and came back again because it’s a great house. Everything you could possibly want for the perfect vacation.

Family Reunion

Perfect place for three generations to visit. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The house was well equipped and we enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful house and neighborhood!

We were 2 families of 4, so more than enough space for us and an awesome set-up for the kids. The photos do not do the place full justice, it's even better irl. We were very happy staying here and would return.

Wedding weekend

We had a last minute change in plans and truckee vacation rentals was fantastic in finding a place for the family wedding. The place was amazing I would recommend the vacation home to anyone with a large family. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helps us she was great and so helpful. Thank you again

Loved Truckee Timbers!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely phenomenal. I definitely will be staying here ever time I go to North lake. It was impeccably kept and fully stocked with great amenities. They could definitely use a better couch in the living room but thats it!

Beautiful spot. Poor check in process.

We drove from San Francisco with 5 adults and 2 kids (age: 1/5) & arrived at the house at 7pm. The code to check into the house wasn’t received until 10pm. A terrible situation to be in, with 2 children who just traveled all day. Aside from that, the property was beautiful and home was enjoyable.

Ideal floor plan for large group with children

Dual Master Bedrooms with en-suites we’re perfect for two couples. Those without children had the master adjacent to the living room. The couples with children had the master downstairs & other bedrooms that were adjacent to the common area & downstairs play room. Ceiling fans, interior doors that locked & a garage keypad code that worked would’ve made this property a 10. I’ll give it an 8.5.

Truckee Timbers at Grays Crossing

Nice large home in great neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others. I definitely think the carpets need a good cleaning. Looked very dirty. Also, the pans were horrible. The home could us some non stick pans or something to clean the pans other than a small sponge that did not work. We tried to scrub with no avail. Other than that a great home.

Beautiful place

This property was beautiful! With lots of sleeping space. The kids loved the play room/bedroom. They also enjoyed the backyard and had a lot of fun playing out in the snow.

Great House in Gray's Crossing

This house is much larger than you might imagine and good for big families or a large group. It is efficiently laid out, in a quiet neighborhood and was a great spot to spend time in Tahoe. We enjoyed our stay!

Truckee Treasure

Property was spacious, clean and plenty of room for my 14 person family. The play room had a queen bed, two twin beds and a fold out bed in the sectional which wasn't pictured. There's a big tv in the living room now. Plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets if needed. Jacuzzi is on the balcony of the bottom floor and it worked perfectly (just look on YouTube if you don't know how to open the lid). Wifi code is on a sheet near the main stairs. Management responded fast every time I had questions. Overall a great place to stay if you have a huge group. Great luxury house!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time spending the month at this home! It is very comfortable and has multiple living areas and a play room to spread out in. The hot tub worked well. Kitchen fully stocked. We would stay again!

Steve, from Tahoe R Management , was a big help as the lockbox code was supposed to be sent to my voice mail, but was sent to my email. (My phone does not rec. email) He was there to assist. The gas fireplace directions says there is a remote, but there isn't. Would stay again..

Perfect!

Incredible place. We fit 13 people really comfortably and there were three comfy large couches to sleep on if needed. Two and a half baths which was also great. Hot tub was solid. We were far enough from neighbors that we couldn’t hear anyone else. It was easy to reach the property managers whenever we had questions. Place was super clean and had everything we needed (grill, hot tub, multiple TVs, two small outdoor balconies, etc.). Place was a quick drive to most spots and about 5 minutes to downtown Truckee.

The property perfectly met our experience expectations. The check in was easy and we had all the amenities we needed. The location was also close to Truckee and we enjoyed our time there as well. Loved the hot tub. I would recommend nicer patio furniture but there were sufficient chairs for all-just a bit basic. Beds were comfortable and bedding was lovely. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four families converged to stay in Truckee Timbers. We had multiple children in our family who pretty much spent the entire trip outside of the house building snow forts, sledding, and having snowball fights. We loved that the house had enough land around it that the kids could play and entertain themselves without having to go to a park. The house was clean with plenty of cookware to make meals. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Tahoe Gataways Rental Expercience Request4

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second week staying at the rental within s month. The first week it was rented by a family member and the second week by me. The home was clean and served our families needs. Location was okay, though noisy from freeway traffic and construction. The first week there we went to use the spa and found the water was cloudy, so we didn't use it. We were only given one key for the residence and the garage code supplied by VG did not work, this issue went unresolved and made it difficult with two families and only one key. On our second week stay the spa issue was resolved, though the garage code wasn't resolved until 3. Days left in our 8 day stay. The BBQ was not cleaned and left us wondering about the cleaning service. When we discovered dirty or stained towels my wife just washed everything before the rest of our family arrived. Unfortunately I did not realize that the home did not come with any passes to use Gray Crosding ammrenitities, luckily a family friend let us use passes for Tahoe Donner, which saved the vacation. -
