"I believe this place is where the owners live here and you rent a room from them. The rules are a little confusing. It states no noise after 10am regards to tv, conversation and not using the kitchen. Example they state that the garbage needs to get tied and go in a bin, I was looking for that bin my whole stay and the night before we left we got a message to leave it in our room. I am pretty sure the homeowners were using the kitchen until 11:45pm and were not quiet. The locks have a beep to every time you unlock a door so you hear that all night long with the other people going in and out of their room. They say there are 6 spots for you to park in, but that is if no one else in the area took them. We had no issue with parking except for Saturday night, must be party night. We only had 2 towels for 2 people for 3 nights. I am not for sure if they would have brought more if asked? I did not ask. Otherwise you come and go as you please and there was no check in. You had a code in the door for you to get to all areas of the house you need to get to."
