"My stay here was splendid - My wife and I loved it here and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! We had a early morning flight (6:30 am) and the staff here prvided us packed breakfast with fresh fruits promptly before we left - all we had to do was inform them a day prior and that’s it! We weren’t expecting this kind of service! Suffice to stay - this is our go to place everytime we are in Pune"

"The hotel itself is not attractive. Looks so dark and depressing inside. The carpet in the hallway is very old, dirty and smelly. Similar to the rooms. Very old and not clean at all. The mini fridge in the suite that I stayed is dirty and has not been cleaned, the dustbin not emptied from previous guest. All night a mosquito has bothered me and stopped me to sleep comfortably.
