“The bungalow was exactly as described but even better than we expected for a holiday let. A large open-plan and well-appointed lounge/diner/kitchen. The views from the site were lovely. It was quiet and there were several walks around the woods. The site is hilly so be prepared for some exercise! We did not use the pool but it looked very good from the outside. The grounds are well-kept and all the staff were first-class. The charity relies on volunteers and they do an excellent job. We……

“We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. ”

“Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though.”

“The place was ideal close to marina and centre .It was clean and had everything we needed for are stay”

“Flat 3 was a lovely room, just what I needed after a rough few weeks. Everything was in walking distance, 10 mins to the sea front, will definitely use this company again.”

“Lovely chalet, very well equipped, peaceful and pretty surroundings,”

“It was very well equipped and comfortable beds.”

“Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The……

“We had a wonderful stay at Ash lodge. The lodge was very clean and we got to enjoy lots of beautiful sunsets and make use of the fantastic pool. It was like a home away from home, but even more comfortable and peaceful. We loved to see the chickens and cows and being treated to aunties home made cupcakes upon arrival was just what we needed. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.”

“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”

“All Ok The only bit of hassle was the parking...”

“Excellent stay with an everything you need. This was our second time in the same lodge and we will definitely be back. Very close to beaches and towns. ”

“Kelly was absolutely lovely. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was very attentive throughout my stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, cozy and well equipped, and the scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thank you so much — would love to come again!”

“Amazing property, well managed, thoughtfully and professionally”
