“Nice, clean, well-designed rooms. The digital-only communication was awkward, but everything got sorted out.”

“Although "Tiny" this place is much larger than a standard hotel room with the convenience of a washer/drier, kitchen and more space to enjoy. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient. The only thing we didn't like were the microfibre bath towels.”

“Loved the place and super easy to get anywhere in the city. The only complaint or downfall is there are no ceilings over the bedrooms so you can hear everything within the loft, including the upstairs loft.”

I didn’t read that one bedroom doesn’t have a door between the other bedroom and the door to it from the other room has a big window with no curtain, but it is in the listing so beware. “Property exactly as listed. Easy to find and enter. Immaculately clean inside—decor, furnishings, and amenities all very simple—which made for a simply wonderful stay. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful weekend stay. Paint looked relatively new as did the window treatments. Beds were comfortable; appliances, alarm system, HVAC system all very easy to operate. Property contact responded immediately when a small issue arose and had the problem rectified in less than 15……

“Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip.……

“We had a weekend long event to attend at the Alabama Theatre and this property couldn’t have been more perfect. Did not have to move my car all weekend! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the theatre”

“Overall a success. This is a beautiful old historic home with lots of cool features. It was great for our usage - business associates in the Birmingham area for the Porsche Driving Experience. I would say it would be great for families and kids too. The rental process was great and convenient.”

“Enjoyed this well outfitted home with easy access to Avondale, Edgewood, and all the good food Birmingham has to offer. There was coffee in the pantry, coffee maker, and extra toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and the home owner was responsive.”
