"Lovely Apartment , exactly how it is on the photos. Parking spot right outside in gated area very convenient. Great spot for easy access to the whole island and close by foot to Main Street in Tsivili. Only negatives were the cleaners coming an hour early on checkout and entering room to get cleaning supplies for the other room. Also cleaners need to be booked in more frequently as they didn’t come and clean for the 5 nights we were here. Few minor things to sort out but on the whole I would...

"I really enjoyed my stay at Contessina Suites & Spa. The suites were beautiful, comfortable, and gave me a great place to relax. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but from what I saw, I think it could have been a little bigger. The gym opening at 10 AM was a bit late for me since I prefer getting my workout in early. Breakfast was good overall, although I did notice there weren’t many options for guests who don’t eat pork, while there seemed to be plenty for those who do. That said, the staff really made up for the little things. They were incredibly sweet, kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Great hospitality can make a big difference, and the team at Contessina definitely made my stay a pleasant one. ❤️ Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Great family-friendly resort with plenty of pools. The splash park was a huge hit with our kids (9 and 11), and I’d highly recommend upgrading to your own private pool. It was lovely to have a quieter space to unwind at the end of the day. Just be mindful all pools close at 7pm including your private pool which was slightly annoying considering the sun doesn’t set until after 9pm. All the staff spoke English, which made everything much easier. Night time activities were fun and involved the whole family. The food was okay, but definitely not the highlight. The buffet had lots of variety, yet it felt quite repetitive, as though we were eating the same dishes in different forms. The fish and chip restaurant was disappointing, with a very limited menu — just one fish and chip option and for those who don’t eat fish you had a choice of deep-fried beef or chicken burger patties. The Mexican restaurant was also underwhelming, with just one tower of food to share between 4 and everything was quite bland. The Italian restaurant was by far the best. The wood-fired pizzas were delicious, so I’d highly recommend booking it as many times as you can. The drinks were good, and the kids loved the free ice cream. Overall, it’s a fantastic family resort with great facilities and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Just don’t choose it for the food!"

"Hotel Contessina is brilliant. An oasis of a hotel in what is a bustling resort town. Once inside the doors you could be anywhere in the world. The design of the renovated hotel is brilliant. Modern and sophisticated, and the planting is beautifully done. We enjoyed 2 weeks here, using it as a base to discover the island when we had a car for some of the time. The main pool area is lovely, but be warned, all of the pools are 1.4m deep with no shallow / deep ends."

"The hotel was in a great location it was peaceful right by the sea . The staff were really lovely and helpful . Ionna and Joanna were especially amazing . The down side if you have issues with mobility it probably is not good as there are lots of steps , the only other downside is the food , not much choice and much as a same each night . But I would give this hotel 4 out of 5"

"Great family run hotel in a great location. Rooms have been recently renovated so modern, fresh, clean. I stay in lots of hotels with work and the one thing this place has done better than most is the noise proofing. Obviously it’s not silent but with the typical Greek island noise outside you don’t really hear it so well done. Breakfast is more than enough. Hot and cold items, fruit, yoghurt, pastries. Pool area is good for the hotel size, can run out of loungers occasionally but still enough room to sit on tables and chairs and room is never far away. Staff are all very friendly. The only thing that’s missing is a no room service tag to hang on the door. Saves them disturbing you when you are trying to have a lie in. Would stay again."

"Hotel staff was very friendly. 3 buffet meals a day had enough for the pickiest of eaters to someone with a more adventurous appetite. Local beer, wine, spirits, coffee, and water available all day. Snacks available in between buffet meals. It was walking distance to everything in town. If you get a split level room it’s a bit of a hike up to the top or two elevators to get there but definitely worth the hike. Rooms were quiet, peaceful views. We will definitely use this location again!"
