「The staff being "very helpful and nice" is often the most important factor for a great stay.
A clean room is a baseline expectation, but having it be "big" is a wonderful bonus that adds to comfort.
A "welcome drink & snake every night at the lobby" is a unique and generous touch. It shows the hotel goes the extra mile to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
