「The hotel staff provided an excellent service experience from start to finish. They introduced the facilities in great detail and also gave us many helpful suggestions about nearby attractions and travel tips, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. During check-out, the staff patiently asked for our feedback one by one and sincerely cared about our opinions. Whenever there was a small issue, they immediately offered discounts or other forms of compensation to show their apology....

「The hotel has a beautiful and well-designed interior with a modern and elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout my stay. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, very clean, and offered a great view. I was truly satisfied with the quality of service provided by the hotel.

「We really enjoyed our stay. A great location, walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to visit. Great room, good service and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was great and we enjoyed the rooftop bar! Highly recommended when going to Hanoi.」
