Tanoa Tusitala Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great property with a friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. I especially want to recognize Fred at the front desk, along with the rest of the front desk team and the bar staff. Everyone was attentive, accommodating, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating was my housekeeping experience. Unfortunately, I did not get the housekeeper's name, but I requested face towels several times. I understand that face towels may not typically be used for bathing in your region, but they are an important part of my personal routine. The housekeeper appeared visibly frustrated by my repeated requests and even suggested that I use tissue instead. Although a few face towels were eventually provided, I was left feeling as though my request was an inconvenience rather than a reasonable accommodation. One additional suggestion would be to offer plug adapters for purchase or loan, particularly for guests visiting from the United States. Many travelers use iPhones and other devices that require charging, so having adapters readily available would be a thoughtful and much-appreciated convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality of your staff. With a few small improvements, the guest experience would be even better."

Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa

"Very beautiful location. The shore immediately in front of they hotel has a very strong rip current making snorkeling less safe."

Le Manumea Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at La Manumea was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was also spotless every day thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team. We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool, and having a bar right beside it made it so easy to enjoy a cocktail in the sun. A special mention also goes to Koka, the resort cat, who came to visit us every day and quickly became one of the highlights of our stay! Thank you so much to everyone at La Manumea for making our holiday with our friends so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!"

Hotel Laimoa

"Very clean. Great rooftop area. Pool was closed for one day due to a private event which was disappointing."

Miti Maninoa Ocean Club
10/10 Excellent
"Couldnt be any better! Thankyou Miti Maninoa!!! Beautiful, amazing evenings. Beach is clean & water is perfect. Kids loved it! Full restaurant & bar, good food & service. Clean toilets. We rented the gazebo & had a great low key party. 😊"

Faith Accommodation
10/10 Excellent
"Staying at Faith Accommodation was pleasant. So pleasant that I upgraded my room and extended my stay. I stayed in the Double room first, then the Triple room. The Triple room was a huge upgrade for only a $1 US dollar price increase, probably the most bang for your buck out of the places I've stayed in. The Triple room had a point-of-use water heater for the shower which I prefer over the Tank water heaters some other places use. Owners Winston and Soteria were very friendly, they allow check-in early and check-out later for free depending on vacancies. They provide pick up and/or drop off at the airport for 50 Tala, taking a taxi is minimum $80 Tala at the time of this review. The accommodation is walking distance from the hospital. A bus stop and a taxi stand are also down the road, $2-$3 Tala by bus and $5 Tala by taxi to go to town(Apia). There's a convenience store next door. The other staff were very accommodating, I forgot most of their names(apologies) but Carol was very helpful during my stay. Most of the guests that stay here are medical students working at the nearby hospital, it was nice chatting with them during breakfast. Winston mentioned a tour service for popular swimming spots on Upolu but I preferred exploring on my own. But looking back, I think I should have taken the tour. If I ever come back to visit Samoa I will definitely stay here again."
