Great Location

Lovely & private back yard. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. We were pleased with the number of TV’s in the home. Sufficient linens. The location was perfect as it was very conveniently located to friends & shopping. We did have access to the golf cart however batteries were not charging & it took over a month to resolve issue. Would suggest repairing/replacing screens on windows including phantom screen on front door & patio door. No screen on master bedroom window so unable to open for fresh air & screen on 2nd bedroom window needs repacement. Mac, the property manager was very quick in responding to problems as they arose. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Great 3 month stay

This properly had everything and more for our stay. Very quiet neighborhood, but everyone was friendly. The weather was not so good at times, but we will be back!

Great location

Was mostly as described. Extremely well stocked kitchen which made cooking easy. The several issues we had were dealt with quickly. Laura was very responsive and helpful. Loved the Quail Creek neighborhood. The house is dated but removing some of the excess furniture and knick knacks would make it a more enjoyable seasonal (4 months) rental.

Great Casa

The house was great. The space was large and outside area was great for socializing, relaxing and being comfortable. Located ideally in Quail Creek for the many amenities available and neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The house had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and hope to return in the future.

Everything was as advertised and better. We loved the home/patio and having the grill was so nice . The neighborhood and surrounding neighbors are so friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful vacation spot

We enjoyed this lovely home and community. The house was well equipped and comfortable.The large back yard had everything required for lots of out door comfort. We especially enjoyed the fountain, out side fireplace and built in barbecue .
