Great place! It was so fun for the family with all the games they had to play. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will certainly come back to stay for a repeat visit.

for the price of the stay and the price of the house we were disappointed in the condition of the house. decorative items not dusted, light switches dirty, counter were not wiped behind appliances, underbids not swept, body fluids on sheets in master bedroom with shared bath, no clocks in house, no iron, no dish cloths, teflon pans that where pealing (unsafe), no extra blankets or sheets (to put on while washing dirty sheets), floor was so dirty (everyones socks became soiled within the hours and I had to wash the entire floor in the house which is how I discover the underneath of the beds where not cleaned)

Ginormous and fun!

The property was fantastic! Clean, with all the necessary amenities and tons of extras. Everyone enjoyed the cinema, pool, arcade, pool table and hot tub! Our party of eight had room to spare. Check-in and check out instructions were easy to understand and while we had no need to contact the manager, we knew how to if we had needed. Great stay!

Beautiful property with a few caveats

Our stay at the Mega Fun Desert Pool, etc. was a great getaway for our family as we celebrated our U of A graduate. The property was clean and had fun amenities like the pool, hot tub, pool table and game room. We were surprised and a bit inconvenienced by the fact that there were no kitchen dish or hand towels for use other than paper towels. There was no pitcher to make tea or drinks in either, which was a surprise. There were no food items to be found in the kitchen left from other guests as is often the case at VRBOs or AirB&B's, and the number of bath towels for our party of 13 was just enough. I didn't realize until this stay how much a welcome note or cold drink really adds to the welcome. This was a great place, don't get me wrong, it just seemed a little more transactional than our recent stays elsewhere. We would visit this desert hideaway again though if needed for a large group in Tucson.

Excellent property for large group

Twelve of us gathered in Tucson to celebrate a family birthday. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. The outdoor space was perfect for older members of our group to gather while the younger adults enjoyed the pool. The indoor space was great for meals and games in the evening. Everything was clean and well set-up for guests. Look forward to booking this property again in the future!

Good Large Group Experience

We were in town for a family wedding. We had plenty of supplies for our family of 8 for the entire trip. There were lots of things for everyone to do in and around the house. Communication was timely, friendly and accurate. If we are ever back in Tucson, we will definitely see if this property is available.

re: Best time ever!

I brought my students down to tour the University of Arizona, and we stayed at Woody's. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. I had a hard time getting the kids out of the house. They played pool, swam, sat in the jacuzzi, played in the game room, watched movies in the movie room, and, the best part, they all cooked in teams in the huge kitchen and were off their phones. What I love about this home is that it is so comfortable, and with all the great amenities, it brings everyone together. It was great seeing my kids off their phones and all interacting together before they go off to different colleges and military life. Helen (the owner) is helpful and great if you have any questions. This will be my go-to on my next trip with my high school students down to the Tucson area. My kids thank you, Helen, for letting them use your house and said it was a trip where they made great memories that will last a lifetime!

Great house for a family reunion

We rented this house for a family wedding weekend and really enjoyed the property. The little kids loved the games, the movie room and the pool/hottub. Plenty of space for gathering and the house was well furnished.

Large property nestled in the desert mountains

We rented this property to hosted a cousins reunion in our home town. The is a beautiful well-appointed home that was spacious and very comfortable. It is located the bottom of a canyon so noise from nearby traffic is noticeable but at the same time we enjoyed seeing javalina, bunnies, Prairie dogs, as well as a plethora of birds. We had no surprises because all the explanations were very clear. Communication with the host was immediate and exceptional.

Comfortable spot for a large group

Great views and amenities in the home. Appreciated that we were supplied with lots of towels including pool towels. Plenty of shampoo, trash bags, for our stay with a large group. The kids loved the game room and the pool. Adults enjoyed the views and the hot tub. Kitchen had what we needed. It is a very well used rental home and it was a little more run down than we expected, such as some damages to the walls, broken and loose things, stained carpets. I was surprised based on the booking photos and the price, but ultimately it didn’t end up bothering us since we had kids and dogs, we didn’t feel like we needed to be overly cautious during our stay. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. It worked out well for us.

Family get together

Property as described, property manager took care of problems quickly. We stocked kitchen utensils, big house with large rooms. Pool was small, but very enjoyable. Movie theater was nice, has 6 chairs ( one doesn’t recline). Plenty of towels, 2 washers & 2 dryers came in handy. Game room was hot this time of year, but we still played. Overall I would recommend and rebook again.

Beautiful & Relaxing

We traveled to Tucson for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family group. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing. We had beautiful weather and spend the majority of our time at the house on the back patio. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with all tons of cooking and serving needs. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
