What you won't immediately notice are the hidden smart home features that make it super simple to control many fun features. That simplistic picture frame above the fireplace doubles as a 65" 4K smart TV that integrates with the smart home. After you take in your first legendary desert sunset simply say "ok Google, close all the blinds" and like magic the wall of windows fades away thanks to the 13 smart home integrated motorized blinds or better yet, say "hey Google, turn on the backyard lights" and set the scene for an unforgettable family evening by the pool.

Outside you'll find a beautifully landscaped private backyard oasis. The Pebble Fina finished pool has a waterfall feature that is both fun and relaxing and is surrounded by enough stylish concrete pavers to give your family plenty of options for seating to suit every mood and season…under the patio, under the stars, by the fire pit, listening to the rustle of the Queen Anne palms, or splashing in the pool. Beyond the pool you'll find plenty of walled in open space to let your 2 legged and 4 legged little ones explore without wandering too far. Looking off to the west where the sun sets you'll see the property extends for a full acre to include a natural desert wash for the adventurists who care to cautiously explore close to home.

When it's time to stock up you'll appreciate not only the Whole Foods, Walgreens, and Petco 1.5 miles away but many shopping options and facilities within a 4-mile radius including 6 grocery stores, Costco, movie theater, and hospital not to mention the convenient amazing restaurants.

When it comes to excursions you'll appreciate this serene location nestled in Sunrise Valley in the base foothills of the Santa Catalina mountains, Tucson's iconic and largest mountain range to the north. A local and guest favorite for exploring the Catalina's would be a short drive east to Sabino Canyon with a choice of numerous gorgeous trails to hike or tram ride if you prefer. If you're a more adventurous hiker you could head west to explore the Finger Rock trail. If it's cooler temps you seek a drive up Mt. Lemon which offers winter skiing high above the desert might be more your jam.

If golfing is more your style, point the car in any direction and you won't be disappointed. Everything else Tucson has to offer is either a short or scenic drive away including the University of Arizona, Tucson Botanical Gardens, Tohono Chul Park, Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park, Colossal Cave, Pima Air and Space Museum, Catalina State Park, Biosphere II, and the Reid Park Zoo.
