Getting from there to Yerba Buena would be more convenient than renting in that residential area.

The maximum number of people allowed at the barbecue area is 8.
However, the apartment only has tableware for 3 people.
In other words, guests must provide their own extra tableware.

Only 2 people are allowed in the pool at a time.
