「Front desk staff was great. There was a hockey tournament in town and the parents were bombed and the kids were screaming and running through the hallways. I understand that everyone paid for their rooms and is entitled to enjoy the hotel’s common areas, but we all need to be cognizant of the fact that all guests share these spaces and not all guests may appreciate their loud music or their screaming kids. When i asked the front desk to speak with them, they did 」

「One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was.
