"Everything was great and we were pleasantly surprised being that it is an older property. The breakfast however could use some attention or maybe a breakfast attendant on busy times. Coffee was out, orange juice was out, waffle batter was out, and muffins didn’t taste the best. There was no other option for drinks besides white milk for the cereal. Aside from that the rest of the property was great! I will be back"

"Older facility could use some updating. Beds were good and clean. Did notice a little mold in bathroom. Also, so tating that the room is a kitchenette is a bit misleading as it is quite small and cramped. Continental breakfast was basically coffee and oatmeal. The location was perfect. Loved being right on the water. Listening to the waves and catching the sunrise was awesome."

"Absolutely — here’s a warm, enthusiastic Vrbo review that highlights the family celebration, the home, and the wonderful host:We had the most incredible 2-night family getaway celebrating our dad’s 83rd birthday, and this house was absolutely perfect for our big extended family!The house truly has everything you could possibly need for a fun, comfortable, and memorable stay. It was exceptionally clean, organized, and thoughtfully stocked with so many amenities for both kids and adults. With 5 boys and 1 girl in our group, the outdoor space and pool were an absolute dream! The kids had so much to keep them entertained, while the adults were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful space as well.Our host was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We especially appreciated the thoughtful note letting us know that the house was ready an hour earlier than the regular check-in time — such a kind touch and a great way to start our stay!We made so many wonderful family memories here, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this home for families and larger groups looking for a beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay.If you’d like, I can also make it more raving and personal, with a little more “WOW, this place was amazing!” energy. "I wasn’t sure what to expect but it blew me away. This place was very well maintained and clean. Having a door out the back with a small patio was perfect for our little family. The room was spacious and even had a little table and chairs. There is also an adorable coffee shop right across the road. Definitely staying here again."

"We had a great time celebrating our mom and Nana. From communication before we got there to help needed when we were there, they were always quick to respond. We had great sleeping spacce and enjoyed eating and grilling by the lake. We spent time hiking the beach, kayaking, and even some Pickleball. It was a perfect setting to enter Door county and then return in the evening for a bonfire and listening to the waves. It was also fun to paint the rocks and put them by the fireplace. The kids could stay up late playing in the basement while us older enjoyed the quiet upstairs. Great place for pictures and memories made."
