Blue Cottage in the heart of Tulsa
- ** New 2026 bathroom remodel. The cottage is within walking distance to the Tulsa Fairgrounds and EXPO center (it is 700 feet or 4-minute WALK to the fairgrounds). Tulsa University and Route 66 are just a mile away. It's just a short drive to Cherry Street, Downtown, and Brookside. This 2 bedroom home is perfect for individuals, couples, and families. One of the few homes in the neighborhood with an attached double car garage! There is a Target, Starbucks, and Reasors (grocery story) less than a mile away.
It has lots of bright windows and is an open concept floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. It also has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the garage, large fenced in the back yard, WIFI, Cable TV, DVD player, electric fireplace, coffee pot, and coffee. *NOTE: there are 3 exterior security cameras. They do not look into the interior spaces.

Location is great. Easy drive down 15th to Cherry St & 1 block from Tulsa Expo. Neighborhood is quiet & great place to take a walk. Owner is very responsive. Nice kitchen & living area. Garage is great addition to stay.

We had an amazing stay here! Everything was really nice and clean. The neighborhood is quaint and felt very safe. We were located near a lot of different areas of interest and we loved being close to our daughter's university. Parking in the garage was the best of the perks! No finding a place to park in an unfamiliar area or other issues we've had in other areas in the US we have traveled to. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The blue cottage was a great location for us! Close to Cherry St & easy access to downtown. The kitchen is newly updated with large living room/kitchen space to hang out. Neighborhood feels safe. Ablock from the faurgrounds

Tulsa Trip
I booked for my daughter's volleyball tournament at Titan Complex and this was my first time using VRBO. The process was smooth and easy! The house was so cute and had everything from towels to spices! Communication was great! I will be staying here again next visit to Tulsa!

A cozy, clean, ideally situated cottage
This cottage is tucked in Midtown Tulsa, which makes it perfect for a stay in town. It's clean, charming, and comfortable, perfect for a small family. Cherith was an open communicator, and she clearly laid out the amenities and procedures. I have family in Tulsa, so I will gladly book this property again!
