  • Welcome to Venetian Mansion, with 10,000 sq. ft of ultra-luxury living space, this exquisite mansion can occupy up to 26 guests and is one of the largest homes in the heart of South Tulsa located on a multi-acre lot. Pull up to the private driveway and be greeted with views overlooking the city. No expense was spared in this mansion featuring one of the largest master bedroom suites with over 2500 sq ft of luxurious living space themed with a Venetian finish and European brick flooring. The house met the needs for our family get together. Very spacious and comfortable. Note: the refrigerator did not work and there was an issue with one of the bathrooms not getting hot water. Just FYI. The stay overall was excellent.

They stay at this house was great! Plenty of room for our entire group to be comfortable, and the master shower was awesome!Only problem was the fridge in the kitchen was not cold at all our entire stay, but the one in the garage worked perfectly! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Tulsa!

Great place to stay! Unique layout and decor in different room, but plenty or room and accommodations for the whole group of 18. The hot water for showering was an inconvenience , otherwise I'd give this place 5 stars.

Great place with lots of room

This location offered a lot of flexibility for my family and our friends. We were able to visit the local area, take part in a soccer tournament, and hang out for the weekend. It was a good fit for us.

In town for a family wedding. Guests of all ages were easily accommodated. LOTS of beds and bedrooms. Clean and had everything we needed. VERY simple checkout process.

Perfect for our family gathering

This was the perfect house for our very large family to gather to celebrate my parents' anniversary. We even hosted an open house, which turned out beautifully. Owner was very flexible and property manager was super responsive and helpful!

Group of ladies for a 45th High School Reunion

The house was located very close to our reunion location, which made it a great choice for us and it had enough beds for everyone to have their own! It had plenty of seating for group chat sessions at the kitchen table and the living area. It worked well for what we needed!!

Perfect for large groups!

Our wedding party and parents stayed for the weekend. The property was the perfect place for groomsmen and groom to get ready bc venue’s groom suite was very small. The wedding party was able to spend time together and family came after rehearsal dinner to visit. Perfect weeKend!

Three generations, 12 people...house was great for everyone. Kitchen and eating areas convenient and spacious. Multiple televisions for different audiences. Comfortable furniture in living areas. Teens loved the game room.

I read reviews that said the house could use some TLC, and I agree. Carpets need shampooed, baseboards need touched up, etc. But, for our group, it provided all the space we needed for an overnight retreat!

Big House

This house was perfect for our reunion. It held our families comfortably and we weren't on top of each other. It was wide and open and the kitchen was spacious which made it easy for multiple people to work in it. We rarely saw the children because there were so many fun things for the kids to do. It is easy to get to a store and The Gathering Place - a local park- was a blast. The beds were comfortable and we would totally book it again.
