"We stayed one night at this hotel in Tulum and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was very attentive and flexible with our requests, which made our stay comfortable. Our room had a charming vintage style, although it could have been a bit more refined in terms of cleanliness. Nicholas warmly welcomed us and stayed in constant contact throughout our stay, going above and beyond to meet our expectations. We truly appreciated his help. Thank you!"

"We made a booking far in advance. Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. Luckily we found some other places to stay but we had to book 2 different hotels because it was busy everywhere. The guy behind the desk wasn't very...
