“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“ stayed at this hotel in Tulum and had an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset. “This was the best vacation I’ve had. The stay at the hotel was more than I expected the food was amazing the staff were beyond helpful generous and genuine. I had absolutely no problems nor did I had to wait for anything. The guys at the desk got me anything I asked for. They did an amazing surprise breakfast for my wife. Decorated the room with professional structures made of ballons, chocolate strawberries, roses and a dinner in the most amazing new location . The restaurant servers went out……
