Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. “Opulent rooms and grounds that instill a sense of exclusive luxury and provide a tropical swim into the life of the pampered. Let me give you some context. I and my lovely girlfriend of over 1 year arrived in July 2025 for a 5 day romantic getaway from NYC. In my opinion, this resort truly deserves its AAA rating, and I am comparing it to food, services, and spa’s in NYC. “A Perfect short getaway for our family. Upon arriving at the hotel we were received with the most amazing staff. Our concierge Erik Medina and his co-workers took exceptional care of all our needs. “I've been traveling to this area for over 20 years and this hotel is my new favorate hotel to stay at in the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen area. I truly enjoyed how relaxing the stay was. The staff is the best at this hotel, they are super kind and attentive and truly happy to help you and make your stay better. I do feel this hotel is great for adults of all ages but it's not a huge party hotel which I prefered. ”

“Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. “Prachtig, luxueus hotel. We hadden een residentie met 4 kamers, dakterras met grote vuurkorf, eigen zwembadje. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. “First time traveling to Tulum & I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay! The service was incredible and the convenience of the cenote at the property was unmatched! Will definitely be returning. ”

“I really like the location of this property, if you are likely visiting Playa, or Bacalar etc this location has better access to the highway compare with Tulum Hotel area. Having a private pool also a big plus. Overalls great facility. Just mind that its a bit of a isolated area and you will likely need a way to move to either Tulum center or Hotel area (Bike, ATV) rental available on site. Furthermore checking and checkout are completely smooth which is highly appreciated.”
