This condo is located at Tulum’s entrance, in front of the supermarket and next to restaurants, bars and artisan boutiques. Enjoy nature from this apartment located in a residential area and surrounded by cenotes and archaeological ruins. Your prime location will allow you to move freely to the village as well as the stunning beaches, just a 15-min bike ride from your place.

PARKING
There is parking in the building, and also street parking available at the premises.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Tulum to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
