I recently stayed at **Hotel Casa Coyote** to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday. While there were a few bright spots, overall the experience was unfortunately very disappointing—especially considering the price.
I want to start by acknowledging the **housekeeping staff and the security guard**, who were truly fantastic. They were kind, attentive, and professional, and honestly the best part of our stay. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and deserve recognition.
However, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. The noise level was excessive—people were constantly slamming doors, and the sound echoed throughout the entire building at all hours, making it extremely difficult to rest or relax.
The **Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable**, going in and out and often not working at all. Each time we asked about it, we were met with excuse after excuse rather than a solution, which was frustrating and unprofessional.
Given the **price we paid**, this stay was absolutely **not worth it**. For a property marketed at this level, we expected much better comfort, communication, and overall quality.
While I truly appreciate the staff who did their best, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
