This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic drinks past 12am. Worst was, one of the nights the wifi stopped and guests had to pay for data.

Went as a family vacation with 5 year old and the kid pool does offer a great place for the kids but besides popcorn chicken, they are very limited on food. Reservations are required for every restaurant and they were booked for almost the whole trip so we had no opportunity to try a few restaurants. Gym is amazing. The beach is small as half the resort is too rocky or narrow to use. If you do not pay for the enclave top level, just assume you won't get the best service or any of the extras.

We recently stayed at Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Not a single negative thing to say about this beautiful resort! A heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, the Front Desk Manager, the Reservation Manager, the front desk staff, and every single team member we interacted with—your service was truly top-notch and made our stay so memorable. You can tell the resort is very well planned, thoughtfully designed, and maintained with great care. We stayed in room 2309 at Casa 2, and the cleanliness was a perfect 10/10—everything was spotless and very well maintained. We traveled to celebrate our son’s second birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special for our family. A huge shoutout to Ivan, who took exceptional care of us and made sure every need was met. His attention and kindness really made our stay unforgettable. If you’re traveling with family, this is the perfect resort. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend—we will definitely be back!

The room and staff was great. There was a leak in the bathroom over the toilet in room 4313. The only reason I have a lower rating is because I really wanted to try the steakhouse for our birthday but upon checkin we were told it was already booked.

They kept the beach clear of seaweed, the food was great, and everyone was genuinely happy to help the guests. The kidcare room was probably the best part. My 4 year old always wanted to go back. The only part that could use improvement are the drinks. The cocktails were all made with mixes that had some strange artificial flavorings instead of real fruit juices, etc.

Yes the ocean was visible from our room. I had paid for the garden veiw, the room wasnt ready and apparently they had some cancelations we were comped. Problem was the two double beds. There is no shuttle offered by the resort. Be aware of the extreem prices up to 300us. Theres an independent taxi service. Down load the indrive app, theres no uber. If you dont use indrive you will pay hundreds in trasportation costs. The waiters are totally unenthusiastic, and way not hardly enyone tips them.

This resort checked all the boxes - beautiful ocean view and huge rooms stocked with amenities. Made my vacation (a 50th birthday trip with 7 friends from multiple locations) amazing. The food was resort food (fine, not exceptional except for the Mexican restaurant, where we went for food) but that's normal (having stayed at 5 resorts in the Caribbean, this is totally the way it is), and you get a lot of value for the money.

Property was beautiful, but it is not walkable; the main restaurants, amenities, and pools were in the main lobby which was about a mile or more away from the building we were in. The property did have a shuttle and golf cart service that was available 24/7. My biggest complaint is after drinking Ice water using ice from the machine, I was riddled with Travelers Diarrhea.

El hotel esta muy lindo, sin embargo mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Nos dieron una habitacion en un área que en teoria es mas exclusiva que se llama Enclave. A la habitación no le funcionaba el aire acondicionado asi que fueron varias visitas las que tuvieron que hacer para darle solución, la cual se dio el último dia de hospedaje y ya tarde. La otra habitación que reservamos fallaba la regadera, tuvieron que arreglarla tambien, lo que quiere decir que no tienen un buen sistema de supervisión pues antes de entregar una habitación debería de checar que todo esté funcionando. Te dejaban una botellita de agua cuando son 2 ºpersonas en la habitación y el hotel es all inclusivee. tienes que estar llamando para que te lleven mas. En las albercas y en los camastros de la playa no tienen personal, una persona si acaso ves y pues se tardan horas en traerte algo. La comida está muy sinembargo, lo que si esta bueno es el cafecito que está abierto las 24 horas, muy buen cafe. Al personal le falta mucha actitud de servicio. En resumen estuvo muy sinembargo, no regresaria

Overall, the resort is very beautiful and organized. It’s pleasant to simply be there with the modern design and look. However, the rooms are a bit poorly established: the bathroom did not have a fan so throughout our weekly stay, the smell was pungent. The staff was very nice and respectful, and it was very nice to have a shuttle system traveling 24/7 past all living quarters to pick up and drop off the people vacationing. We really enjoyed the events that were planned throughout our time. It was well prepared for and fantastically performed. I highly recommend this stay to others, overall it’s an amazing location with amazing service to relax and have a lot of fun

Excelente atención de todos los empleados! Hubo algunos problemas con las calderas pero nada grave y lo resolvieron rápido. Viaje con mi familia y la atención hacia mis sobrinos y en general con los niños es muy buena.

Clean rooms, clean property, great staff, food and entertainment. No issues with loungers, plenty of space for everyone.

Room was in good condition but we didn’t get full room service everyday. I wasn’t expecting a thorough cleaning but just having our beds made, trash changed, and towels refreshed was a bit lackluster. The place never really felt like it got cleaned the entire time we were there. We definitely didn’t get any top ups on shampoo and soap, etc. we got our drink fridge restocked I guess. Anyhow that could be better. Buffet staff was awesome - very friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved having breakfast and lunch at the buffet just for the staff interactions. Making reservations was the single most frustrating experience and everyone in our group agrees. All places booked up by Sunday and we had gotten there on Friday??? We eked out a few places but never got to experience Aume, La Luce, or Teppenyaki. It is kind of absurd that it is that competitive. And with no guidance as to how quickly things filled up, we really had no shot. Anyway, for having kids with us this was fine. If i was on an adults-only trip, these things would bother me.

The room was beautiful and all of the staff were supper nice. I especially loved the staff at the Mediterranean restaurant. So sweet ,everyone were so kind. I loved the hotel and staff the beach i didnt like,,too many rocks. The pools where beautiful. Overall a 10 on 10.
