Property was very beautiful. Cribs were provided for my toddler and infant. We were warned that we were next to a club, but we and the kids didn't really mind the background beats. Gabriel was very helpful with all our things for all of our outings (...you can imagine with two young kids, the amount of gear we travel with.) Two dogs on the premises were very calm and gentle, and my toddler loved seeing them around.

I stayed at Hotel Los Arrecifes this past weekend and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We booked transportation through the hotel by simply sending them a message on this app and Gabriel promptly responded. Gabriel personally greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Our balcony room was beautiful and clean. The best part is we didn’t need any cab service during our stay since the steakhouse we wanted to go to was right next door and we were located right on the beach!!! Loved this hotel big shout out to the wonderful, attentive, and hardworking staff members!

O hotel fica em excelente localização, próximo a bares e beach clubs famosos. A música desses lugares pode incomodar um pouco. O quarto é enorme, muito confortável. O ar condicionado poderia ser um pouco mais potente para dar conta de todo o quarto. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas tudo que foi servido é gostoso.

Our stay was absolutley incredible! Not only were the ocean views and amenities wonderful but the staff was amazing! From Gabriel, the receiponist who helped us plan excursions/activies and accomodated all our needs to Victor, the best waiter/ bartender around, to Ducle & Luci who everyday took expert care in cleaning our room. The friendless and helpfulness of the staff here made our stay 10x better and thats saying a lot because the stay itself is a 15/10 :D We definitley want to go back and visit because after 6 days and 5 nights they became our friends.

Gabriel, Victor and staff were amazing! Perfect location to all the main clubs (right next to Taboo and Tantra) and restaurants. All within 15 mins walk. Will be staying again and recommend to others visiting Tulum.

This property was very TULÚM, Zen vibes! Super quiet, NOT a party hotel! Very relaxing, and everyone was super super nice and welcoming! I felt like we were the only ones there because we rarely saw anyone else in the establishment which made it even more private and relaxing. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a hammock! The view was incredible to wake up to everyday! Beachfront hotel, can’t beat that! Had beady beds to lay under the palm trees for some shade! Morning breakfast was good, not a lot of variety, so we had to eat the same thing everyday, but it was good! The only thing is that at night specially Thursday-Sunday gets VERY loud with music as there is a beach club right next door and the music is blasting all night long. You can hear everything! It was hard to sleep, but one of the people in the hotel gifted me some earplugs which were a life saver. Also, kinda confusing when arrived at the hotel, there is a small sign with the hotel name but no one out to welcome you or let you in, you literally have to push the gate open yourself, walk in, and find the reception. But other than that it was a very nice stay! Will confirm to other comments, their ceviche was so yummy! Definitely recommend staying here if you want a quiet, relaxing place!

We loved our stay at Arrecifes! The facilities are beautiful and with a great view! Our dear friend Victor, offered the best service, extremely attentive and friendly, going out of his way to make our stay exceptional. Can proudly say they have the best ceviche in all of Tulum. Last but not least, enjoyed the company offered by Zizal and Peks. Definitely recommend.

The lady and her daughter at the front desk which is the owners I believe, have great customer service. It was my wife's 30th birthday and my friends wife also. She decorated both rooms for us for free all thru the what's app chat. The breakfast is amazing at the property and the locations is super convenient with a great view over the ocean. Lastly the ac worked great which is a huge part of the stay since staying at amansala the time before was a major disappointment as far as the ac situation.

La atención de las personas en recepción de nombre Jazmine y Ximena Muñoz es PÉSIMA , tal y como si te estuvieran regalando el hospedaje. GROSERAS ALTANERAS y poco servicial, como si fueran las dueñas. Lastima que el hotel es bueno pero su calificación baja a PÉSIMA por la atención de esta persona inepta y poco servicial y amable. Los propietarios de este lugar deberían substituir a esta persona y así mejorará la categoría del lugar
