The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, was safe and walkable to many restaurants and shops and supermarket across the street. Street parking was always available.

Great experience

My stay was great! My room was ready early. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I forgot a charger and they were more than happy to assist. Room was very cute and the diffuser was on when I walked in. Very relaxing. Breakfast is included which is great! Hotel is also across the street from a supermarket and close to a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants.

This is a hidden gem in Tulum. Excellent staff. Zen vibes. Every detail with an artistic touch. Great water pressure. Very clean. Very safe part of town. Next to Supermarket! The best bang for the buck in Tulum.

Nice Hotel - but not our kind of “Namaste”!

This is a nice hotel- hard to see the entrance from the street - even the taxi driver was not sure of its location. I have VERY mixed feelings about this hotel. It looked Very clean but two things that stood out - the fitted bed sheet was stained with what looked to be blood (apparently the wash didn’t take it out) and the electric kettle was quite rusted inside. The staff was apologetic for the dirty sheet and we were given another room (it had two full beds and not the king that we had in the other room). I forgot to mention the rust issue but I hope they get this feedback and look into it.

The property needs some basic attention. However for the price it was worth it. A couple of things to note. They need to clean the bathroom drains. The first room I was checked into was stinky. The smell was coming from the drains. The second room was better but the drains in the shower and sink were slow and made the bathroom smelly. But not the room. Clean the drains! I didn’t try the breakfast included. Across the street is a nice cafe with good coffee and breakfast items. Lastly, I only saw two rooms but it appeared that most rooms have no windows or a small column window by the front door. I’ve never experienced a windowless hotel before. I wouldn’t stay, again.

El hotel esta muy bonito y muy limpio. La llegada fue muy sencilla y el cuarto estaba ambientado con sonidos relajantes y aromaterapia, lo que me pareció precioso y un detalle muy acogedor jejeje Enfrente queda el Chedraui select, me pareció muy conveniente. El desayuno que nos ofrecieron fue café, huevo y fruta. Delicioso y muy atentos los chicos. Lo único malo es que no hay estacionamiento, pero si lo señala en la descripción. Se puede estacionar en la calle y hasta eso no batallamos por encontrar lugar. Tiene elevador para acceder a tu cuarto. La entrada si es un poco complicada para personas que tengan limitados los movimientos. Si lo recomendaría y por supuesto que volvería a hospedarme allí.
