Prime Service for a Birthday Trip!
I arrived on my birthday and everything I requested was delivered optimally (e.g., decorations, chef, and photographer - my cake was from Shoe Box Bakery). The actual villa is in a cul de sac within a gated community with cameras and an electric fence. We felt safe the entire stay. There is a lot of construction happening in the area as it is growing. The noise was only during the day and that did not bother us because we were out and about anyway. The house is amazing and well-suited for a large group (8-12 ppl) with good sleeping arrangements and ample bathrooms. The pool is a nice touch in the living room but we did not use it. My guests questioned its cleanliness. The housekeeper was there daily. She did an "ok" job with cleaning but left my guests clothes on the floor unwashed by the end of the trip. Thiago (the property manager) was a blast and very funny! My guests that he picked up for the private cenote tour had nothing but NICE things to say about him. There wasn't anything that we asked for (e.g., needing wash cloths, van rides, pizza delivery, etc.) that Thiago did not go above and beyond to get or set up for us. Massage (A+), Cenote Tour (A+), Birthday dinner (A+)! Thank you Thiago for a very memorable birthday trip!

Bachelorette Weekend
We stayed at the house for my sister's bachelorette weekend for 5 days with 9 women in total. The house is beautiful and it was perfect for our group.
The concierge service was phenomenal from BeGo. They booked our airport transportation, taxi pick-up and drop offs, dinner and day party reservations (even at the hottest places where we couldn't even get reservations but BeGo came to the rescue), private driver, chef + bartender booking, Covid test at our home, and they even bought groceries for us and our house was fully stocked by the time we arrived.
Pros:
Beautiful Home
Enough bathrooms for 9 women
Prompt Response from property manager + concierge service
Owner was so kind to buy a pump for us to inflate all of our floaties
House is 9-10min from downtown and about 15-45 min (depending on traffic) to the beach party life.
I will note that the house is in a "jungle" and is expected to have bugs and critters in the house. If you don't like any of that, it's probably best to stay at a hotel.
What I did find uncomfortable was the cleaning lady. She was there every day (except Saturdays) from 9am- 7pm. I felt she was there to watch us and keep tab. It did come in handy when we found bugs in the pool to get prompt response but I felt uneasy. I almost felt like asking her to chip in to stay in the house with us since she was there for so long.
Overall a great stay and I highly recommend the private chef + bartender. They made us delicious food and they were so kind to make my friends soup since they were too hungover to eat some of the foods. They also washed the dishes, cleaned the area, put away the food in tupperwares and put away all of our decorations. 5 star service for sure.
