This is an awesome one bedroom!

I stayed here for a month, what a great place walking distance to everything and the property managers were amazing helping with everything I needed, which was not much. The pool was cleaned every couple days. And the house was cleaned when needed all I had to do was call and ask. There are great restaurants and coffee shops all in walkable distance also laundry and walkable distance.. There’s also a ATM machine in the 711 you can pull 9000 pesos out at a time and it was way cheaper than any other ATM in town. All that being said this place is awesome and I would definitely rent it

The space was exactly like the pic. The owner was in constant communication to make sure our needs were met. The location was ideal for excursions and night life in Tulum. Definitely a well priced and great getaway for the wife and myself

Très bonne réponse rapide de notre hôte. Très bon prix hors saison. Excellent pour un couple ou seul. À savoir: isolation sonore très faible autant murs mitoyens entre appartements qu'au fenêtres. On entend très bien les voisins parler la nuit à voix normale. Pour la personne qui dort dans l'aire ouverte sachez que les rideaux ne bloquent pas la lumière et qu'il y a un spot dans le corridor qui éclaire fortement le divant lit. Si vous prévoyez cuisiner sur place il n'a que le strict vraiment minimum. Vous devez apporter absolument tout ( sel, poivre, ketchup...) la climatisation fonctionne très bien et leau chaude est parfaite. Le grille pain faisait défaut. Somme toute très bien pour le prix.
