The entire villa is private for you and your group. No shared spaces with other guests or outsiders.

Other Notable Information.-

1. No parties or events.

2. No unregistered guests.

3. Smoking is not allowed.

4 .No pets.

5. Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

6. No glassware in the pool areas.

7. Removing any items belonging to the house from the property is not allowed.

8. Keep doors closed while the A/C is on, and turn it off when leaving the villa, help us keep the A/C units running smoothly by using them with care.

9. Report any damages immediately.

10. Pools are serviced weekly between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to ensure

cleanliness and proper functioning.



Occasionally, we may make last-minute adjustments due to damages caused by previous guests. Some details may differ from listing photos, but we maintain high-quality standards to ensure you have an exceptional experience. Please reach out with any questions before your arrival.



Important Notices.-

1.- Filtered Water Notice: Although the water in the villa passes through proper filtration systems, it is not suitable for drinking. For your convenience, Purified Drinking Water is provided during your stay.



2.- Internet & Electricity: We offer the best available internet service in Tulum; however, connectivity may not be as consistent as in major cities. Power outages, though rare, can occur without warning as electricity is provided by CFE (Mexico’s electric utility). We’re happy to assist if any issue arises.



3.- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as flight delays, medical needs, or weather-related disruptions.
