    Welcome to Prana, an Eco-Chic condo nestled within the luxurious Aldea Zama complex. Enjoy the expansive palapa in the center, providing a comfortable lounge area for meals, drinks, and quality time with loved ones. The nearby swimming pool, accompanied by a relaxing lounge, invites you to soak up the sun, read a good book, or simply unwind with a refreshing dip. The Prana Building ensures security with access controls, adding an extra layer of safety to your tranquil vacation.



    The Space:

    This beautiful 2-bedroom condo is perfect for relaxation with friends and family. One of its highlights is its own terrace with a direct view and access to the expansive pool! The condo is fully equipped with air conditioning in each room, TV, WiFi, cable, and a kitchen ready for preparing special meals. The main bedroom features a Queen-size bed, and the second one has two single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room. A delightful place for a fantastic time in paradise.



    Located in the luxury residential area of Puerta Zama, it offers a perfect balance between nature and luxury. Tulum is the new place to be.

    Occupancy:

    Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon number of occupants. Exceeding this limit results in the loss of the security deposit, with guests required to vacate immediately.



    Security Deposit:

    A security deposit, via credit card (Visa/MasterCard), is required upon arrival. For guests without a credit card, a cash deposit (USD or Mexican Pesos) is necessary during check-in. The deposit is lifted after inspection, but any damages are deducted.



    Responsibilities:

    The signing guest is responsible for payment and adherence to the agreement's terms. Responsibility extends to other individuals on the property.



    Prices and Property:

    No guarantees exist regarding subsequent rental prices or property availability.



    Constructions and Repairs:

    Maintenance is prioritized, but no reimbursement is provided for accessory malfunctions. Construction noises are unavoidable; however, efforts will be made to address issues favoring guest comfort.



    Refunds:

    No refunds are issued if guests choose to leave before the scheduled departure date.



    Hurricane Evacuation Policy:

    No reimbursement in the event of a hurricane or natural disaster. Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.



    Services:

    No reimbursement for service closures (internet, water, power) beyond control. Lockers containing owners' personal items are off-limits.



    Additional Property Usage:

    Unauthorized usage (parties, non-residential purposes) may result in loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.



    Property and Security:

    No responsibility for additional furniture. Lock doors/windows, adhere to rules. Guests exonerate Happy Address from legal responsibilities.



    Responsibility:

    Guests are responsible for their safety and that of others on the property. Absolution from Happy Address for accidents, damages, or losses.



    Conclusion:

    Agreement valid with guest adherence. Happy Address can terminate for non-compliance or non-payment.



    Legal Responsibility:

    Happy Address not responsible for situations arising from the agreement execution. Guests decide on termination or property non-usage.



    Exoneration:

    Guests accept exoneration of Happy Address, owners, agents, and employees from lawsuits, damages, or costs arising from the agreement's execution and service use.



    Penalty for Violation:

    Violation may lead to agreement termination, premises access, and guest removal without reimbursement

Nice apartment but poor management

Really sad to write this review as the apartment itself was really nice, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. However our valuable Sony camera was stolen from the apartment. We weren’t helped by management to help figure this out. We didn’t want to blame the cleaners but we searched high and low more than 10 times throughout the apartment. Management didn’t help us after numerous requests for assistance with filing a police report or any additional help. It became very uncomfortable and awkward. We requested not to have the cleaners come back after our camera went missing as a precaution. With all that aside, as mentioned, the apartment was really nice and in a nice, quiet part of Tulum (half way between beach and town).

Great condo... with all amenities needed. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was awsome to step outside and jump right into the pool!!!

Could have been better

I liked the place, especially that it's located in Prana, which isn't the first time we stay at. The unit itself was okay. I've seen better. It lacked a lot of the essentials and I'm assuming they haven't rented it out quite often that's why their preparations aren't up to par. For example, I expect the kitchen to have the basic equipment for a family staying for a long time. It lacked pans and pots. We never had an orientation from the person who handed us the key. He gave us the key, welcomed us in, showed us the WiFi, which had a wrong username, and we discovered that 15 min later so we had to call him back and he gave us the correct info. Then the guy vanished in thin air, until we heard back from him that he deducted 10$ from insurance deposit because he claimed the towels had stains. The towels were already stained, we never took them out of the apartment anyway, and he gave himself the right to deduct the money without even discussing the matter with us. It shows lack of professionalism and experience. He never for once called to check if there was anything needed or missing. He didn't show up to receive the key, but sent the maid to do so and she said he was on a break. It was clean, neat and organized, but nothing really wow about it. Just okay.
