We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. 「This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met.
