“Beautiful hotel with gorgeous architecture. We loved our stay and especially our room (booked the Orchid room). We also had free access to their Beach-club at the Orchid House Tulum Beach. Staff was kind and welcoming. Location is close to everything and is safe. There's free parking on the property and there's someone at night to guard the entrance door. Food and drinks are on you and some area will be reserved. At night there was some bugs but they were more scared of us then we were of……

“Our stay was phenomenal!! The place was clean, relaxing and peaceful. The staff was kind and gracious. The food was very good and the bed was soft and restful. I just felt so calm and peaceful there. the neighborhood was really upscale and walkable, with great places to eat nearby. It was my husband's birthday day and they decorated our room for him while we were out that day. Nice touch! It is a bit of a distance to the main city, about a 20 min walk. “Xambé is a little peace of heaven! We stayed on the top floor and the view is incredible. Very safe and quiet area. 5-10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. I would recommend having a car. Surrounding area is all very nice and also very safe. Romina and Baltazar took amazing care of us! Highly recommend. This was my second time staying here and I hope to return again someday!”
