Loved the time we spent here. The reviews complain about the highway and it being loud. The whole time we were there it was quiet and peaceful. The food and drinks were delicious. What a beautiful jungle retreat. Perfect for a family vacation or trip with friends. Staff are all friendly and welcoming, Santiago, Fili, Mario and all of the staff at the brewery restaurant were simply amazing, thank you for making our first family trip to Tulum so memorable and enjoyable. One thing to remember is good bug repellent because the mosquitos were just as hospitable as the employees.

Todo fue muy agradable, lo unico a tomar encuenta es que no hay personas que te ayuden a cargar tu equipaje y si te quedas en el 2do piso es algo dificil subir escaleras con maletas pesadas. Si comes en el restaurante te dan un 15% de descuento por ser huesped, y la atencion es muy buena!

Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. The running water ran out for about an hour each day around 3pm like clock work. The pool you get on the terrace is also not clean water and the jets don’t work. As far as my interactions and food/drinks I would give 5 stars. I lowered the rating for maintenance because I upgraded my room to have access to the pool on my balcony but sadly did not get to use it. One of the staff was kind enough to kill a huge bug for me otherwise I would not have slept (just a fun side note about how lovely the staff are). It’s noisy as well (I already knew it was on a highway so for those who aren’t aware, don’t be surprised if it is noisy from cars).

The place was clean and staff was delightful. Vety unique property. They are still updating. The breakfast included was light but satisfying. We dined several times in the attached resturant and everything was delicious. The unlimited in room beer was a treat. Restaurant was the highlight

The safe was friendly and we ended up upgrading to the all-inclusive for our one night stay. They say there is beer in the room but this is only true and included if the all-inclusive is booked. The eco-friendly part was big for us but this does effect if you have water or not in your room. At times we did not. The restaurant was delicious and a highlight. While we were there during the off season, it is an adult only resort BUT the owners kids were using the pool, this was a disappointment for what we were expecting in our experience.

Best receptionist I have ever encountered. I had interactions with two different front desk employees. They were fantastic! Room was nicely appointed, pool was clean and inviting. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was outstanding. Lucky for us there was an Q acrobatic act for en. One of the best meals I have eaten in Mexico.i would highly recommend this hotel, brewery and restaurant!
