"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. We couldn't sleep a single minute because of the air condition outside motor unit of another rooms which is attached right outside our window, it was extremely noisy all night as other room was using it. I know you get what you paid but, you expect at least a normal sleep during the night in a hotel room! Sound insulation was terrible as you can hear other people was taking shower even! It feels like they are literally taking shower inside our room! They changed our room without getting permission to carry our personal stuff! I will request a refund to Expedia. I definitely do not recommend to anyone even it they provide it for free!"

"This stay at the Occidental was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean and felt dirty overall, like housekeeping barely touched it. The amenities were advertised like a benefit but in reality they were a joke and poorly maintained. The room layout/setup didn’t feel right or comfortable, and the bedroom view was a letdown to the point it felt misleading. On top of that, the room had no drinks or snacks, which is such a basic expectation at a hotel. The bathroom was the final straw: the shower was moldy, visibly grimy, and honestly disgustingly dirty. I spent the whole stay feeling uncomfortable. This was easily one of the WORST hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’d never return. "
