"Beim check-in hat es ca eine Stunde gedauert bis meine Reservierung gefunden wurde und obwohl meine Rechnung ist bereits über Expedia beglichen verlangte der Rezeptionist dass ich das Hotelzimmer zahlen muss . WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. das Hotel war in der Nacht telefonisch nicht erreichbar "

Rooms are decent, but you will come to learn at the hotel that 5 minutes means 2 hours (towels, fixing items etc.) Reception staff, manager and animation team were amazing!
