“This apartment was so beautiful and located next to a charming Main Street with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and cute shops. It was perfect for the 3 of us at the end of our trip. It’s pretty close to Acadia National Park without all the regular drama of the crowd in Bar Harbor.”

However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. ”

Because of the time of year, the options were more limited, prices were higher, and we also read about the number of tourists in the area. So, we expanded our search and found this property. It was perfect and we loved it here. The hosts have done a great job. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. It's a short drive to the island and other attractions in the area, and it's located in a very quiet area. ……

“Unit 4 worked out very well for us. The location is great for visiting any part of Schoodic Peninsula, especially the national park, as well as venturing farther. “This was conveniently located 15 minutes from Bar Harbor on the south side of Acadia National Park. The property is an upstairs apartment and is very clean with ample amenities. The best grocery store options are in Ellsworth, so load up there prior to entering Mount Desert island. We enjoyed being apart from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor yet having easy access to Acadia. Your hosts make check in a breeze and are very responsive. We enjoyed cycling on the carriage roads, sea kayaking,……

“We stayed 2 nights while visiting Acadia. We wanted to be away from the craziness of Bar Harbor… this location satisfied this need. Check in and communication were great. We stayed in room 7. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only minor issues that I would want others to consider is… 1) proximity to the highway is very close, which is apparent when I look back at the website pics. It wasn’t an issue for me, as I wear earplugs anyway, but I did hear a siren once, as it is that close.……
