“Updated and nice property that was close to everything. The room was updated, the grab and go breakfast was nice and I liked the filtered water bottle filler. The pool looked clean but too cold for my family at the time we went. The microwave and mininfridge were great too. Only drawback was the walls seemed thin, we were on the 2nd floor and anytime someone walked by you could feel and hear it and we could hear our neighbors. “Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay.
Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests.
In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred.
