"Excellent property! Restaurants on site - and convenient to the Mucky Duck ect. Nice rooms - clean. This time we choose beach view and the sunsets were Gorgeous! Pool areas are nice . A little busy the week we went - Outside bars and food make a day at the pool enjoyable. Beach access is right across the st and you can rent chairs and umbrella for $25 A great place to just go and relax. Some days we didn’t even leave . Recommend the Shelling or Dolphin tour with Captiva Cruises as they are always fun "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying here with our children and grandchildren! The house is large with plenty of space for everyone and the pool was great, private, and kept at the perfect temperature. The house was clean with only minor wear and tear. Loved the location and walked to the beach everyday. Close to everything you would want to do in the Captiva village! We only had a few minor issues that were handled promptly and professionally. We worked with Albert and he was so accommodating and he promptly answered any questions we had. I had also communicated with Albert prior to our trip and he always answered my questions. I’ve rented many properties in Florida and American Realty Group was superior to all other property management companies I’ve encountered."

"Grounds are under construction and renovation so it was busy with workers. Needed to navigate around construction vehicles and roped off work areas. That’s a temporary inconvenience. Booked a king bed room and given 2 queens so had to move. Used Google Maps for restaurants on the grounds to find out we needed to use the paper map handed to us. Beaches were fabulous! Lounge chairs and towels available at the beach for us all. Beach was clean. Restaurants off grounds were awesome and better priced. Sunset was awesome!!!"

"No views of the beach but a view of the bay from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach."

"Great house with plenty of space and outdoor amenities. The cleanliness of the house wasn’t ideal with lots of dead bugs and alive bugs that would wake us up at night. Also safety measures at this house are not good with no gate to the pool from the deck. Also no gate to dock that has a huge drop off and dangerous Rocks and water Below. Wouldn’t stay here again with a family due to this and wouldn’t recommend to families to stay here. Basic safety features that all houses with pools and docks have are essential. "

"Beautiful house ! Immaculately clean! Lovely pool but the hot tub was cold the entire time and the elevator only worked sporadically. Would be lovely to have a large table and umbrella out by the pool."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very disappointed in the overall quality of this home. The stairs leading up to the front door need to be replaced. The master bath needs to be demoed. Being a little older, it was dangerously difficult to step into the bathtub. My husband could not fit under the shower head without needing to bend over. There were bug poison traps sitting on top of the kitchen counters. (Not comfortable with putting our food on the counters near those)The “3rd” bedroom cannot be considered a bedroom with no closet and you couldn’t even move around the so called bed. The pool was not cleaned when we got there. Pool guy came on Tuesday and put some chemicals in the pool and said we could not use the pool for 24 hours. Very frustrating to pay for something you can not use. Especially for the grandkids. The washer and dryer area was not at all maintained. You couldn’t even open the washer lid all the way. The carpet in the master bedroom was old and dirty and needed to be replaced."
