"Listing was very accurate. House was clean considering it is a beach house except the pool could have been a bit cleaner. Check-in was great all the information was sent prior to check in. There was notes inside the house with expectations. Also, we needed to contact someone during our stay while we were there got an immediate response, even though it was late at night. I would recommend and would stay again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and kitchen were well appointed though showed some wear and tear. The beach equipment was great - we added some bogey boards. We had some issues with getting the hot tub to heat up. One awkward thing was that you had top go outside to access the basement rooms. Since we have visited off and on for 30 years, we were very disappointed in the shelling."

"This unit was what we wanted. Everything provided was very accommodating. We didn’t see in the description that a Keurig was provided. We normally travel with our own pods but the Island Store came through. Proximity to the beach was great and resulted in long rewarding beach walks. The oak beach chairs were great. Saw a beautiful sunset last night. Enjoyed the local flare at Keylime Bistro and Mucky Duck. We were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. We recommend staying at Jensens on the Beach and would happily return."

"We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The beachfront location is beautiful, and the water park was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. One of the biggest drawbacks was that most of the resort activities, shops, and amenities seemed to shut down around 5:00–6:00 PM. After that, there wasn’t much to do besides spend time on the beach, which made the evenings feel a bit limited. The dining experience was also somewhat underwhelming. While there were a couple of restaurants on-site, the food was just average and the service was inconsistent at times. More dining options and a stronger focus on hospitality would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a decent stay and enjoyed the beach, water park, and helpful staff. With more evening entertainment, expanded dining choices, and improved restaurant service, this resort could offer a much more memorable experience."

"This was our families vacation house for my daughters wedding at Tween Waters. The house was fabulous and exactly as pictured. It's conveniently located just up the road from Tween Waters where the wedding and reception was held. Everyone enjoyed all the common areas inside and outside while having their own space to retreat to when they desired. The elevator made moving groceries and luggage to other floors easy. The vegetation and landscaping made the entire experience seem tropical and secluded. Beach access was very convenient; up the driveway and across Captiva Drive. The ocean views and sunsets from various patios and balconies were beautiful. We found all the beach gear well suited for our family of 11. We would highly recommend a stay here while visiting Captiva."

We used the kayak (very easy to handle), loved the screened-in porch area. Quiet place. Very pleased with this place !"
