“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in April 2024. The pool, heated with roof solar panels was exceptional and warm and location on the wide canal offered beautiful sunsets. In our experience in renting these CC properties, we find the solar panel heated pools to be the best. We are truly outside people when we visit, however the home was well stocked with essentials, has beautiful new flooring throughout, nice baths, and is very nicely furnished with beiges and blues ( quite soothing)……

The beds were also very comfortable! Jenniffer was helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries that we made. Our son enjoyed the pool every day on our trip!”

“Relatively clean. Great location for walking everywhere in town. The property is thrown together very poorly for the price though. Renovations are bad DIY. 1 very small bedroom window that won’t open so limited sunlight/fresh air when you want it in this sunny beach town. But then bedroom has crummy broken shade that won’t block out nighttime street lamp that annoys while you’re trying to sleep at night. No outlets/phone charger next to BOTH sides of bed. Really?
