不满意：服务设施，员工和服务
I’m not sure how this can be called a resort in any way. It’s an old motel, updated, and the only positive amenity is a decent locals bar on the property (although there’s plenty of bars nearby). The room was fair sized but with little storage for clothing. Four pigeon holes attached to the wall and a small rack with four hangers. The bathroom is small, plumbing dated, towels are dollar store quality. Staff was civil, not really pleasant, and wasn’t around much. We just went into the closet behind the desk and got our own pool towels. The pool was basically the same as any other motel pool, nothing fancy or resort-like. Housekeeping was effectively non-existent. It consisted of dropping off around the same number of towels we used, a roll of toilet paper, emptying the tiny trash cans, and leaving a tip envelope. We made our own bed, put away the towels, and wiped the floor with wet, used towels. Expedia states there’s a gym; there is not. I was told somebody “took all the stuff out,” bet there is a room. We received a knock on the door one morning to ask us to move our rental vehicle because they were resurfacing the parking lot in front of our door. Our vehicle was already blocked in by cones and string and our room reeked of asphalt for two days. It seems like this probably wasn’t an impulse project and we could’ve been placed on the second floor and/or had some warningi looked at ot other reviews and found they’ve all been downgraded recently.
