"The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Rosen vacations are easy to work with and very responsive to anything that comes up. the view from the apartment is spectacular. we have already booked our stay for next year."

"Was a very nice, clean one bedroom condo on the beach. Nice pool right off the balcony with a boardwalk out to the beach. Only two of us but there was a pull out bed in the main room that would be great if visiting with children. The resort and beach was very quiet and relaxing. First time visiting Captiva, would highly recommend anyone considering a great beach get away."

"Property was clean host was available except somewhat delayed when needed. I had my elderly parents with me both TVs were not functioning it took approximately 24 hours to get it resolved. Then the bedroom tv was down again. Parking was perfect."

"Close to the beach, but not beach front. We called the first and second day to request dish soap, one bath soap and report bad internet connection. Nobody did anything about them."

"Prime location on the beach with several pools to enjoy as well. Accomodations were quite comfortable for our group of 7 ladies. Full kitchen for "at home" meals or less than .5 mile walk to several restaurants close by. Highly recommend. We hope to return again soon"

"The property was beautiful unfortunately there were a lot of changes that we weren’t aware of. This not the fault of the host. We have stayed in this property many times, it was change in ownership and management. So if you have at Southseas in the past you may want to do some research to see what is available on the property."

"The property was wonderful. Access to the grill on the porch would have been nice. The community grill was not in working order."
