"This was me and my wife first time staying here and we loved it as soon as we arrived to the hotel. If you and your significant other want to get away this hotel is the place, and your kids well enjoy it too."

"pictures looked a lot different than in person. hotel room wasn’t actually ocean view and it was super dirty. mold, rust, dust, peeling walls, and dirty floors. that bed and blanket was valid doe. i paid about $150 a night for 2 nights."

"Our stay was excellent. Ashley at the front desk was warm, helpful, and kind. The valet was quick and courteous. The food on site while bit pricey was comparable to other 5 star resort quality and quantity. We will be visiting again soon."

"The floor in the room was so dirty and hairy!!! My sister stayed 3 doors down and hers was the same, but she also had some mud on hers. Clearly they were not swept nor mopped. I asked for a mop, but was told its dirty because of the type of floor it is (that was new to me!!). There were 3 in my room but only 1 washcloth in bathroom. Asked for more and was told we can only get 4 the next day (good thing I always pack some) but they should have been provided! I don't reuse without washing them at home, don't feel I should on vacation either. The freezer in our room was filled with ice, like frozen over- we couldn't use it at all. There was hair and 2 stains on the sheet on one of the beds. The headboard is a wipeable "plastic" material but it was dirty/stained to the point where I refused to touch it. We were only on a 2 night stay but I have absolutely NO plan of ever staying here again!"

"We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we were never disappointed. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. I was caught off guard that there was no carpet in the room but, to be honest, the wood flooring was nice, I really think this helps keep down any odors from previous guests and housekeeping does a great job with cleaning. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Breakfast staff was super friendly and the food was good for a hotel breakfast. Must try the mini pancakes. Housekeeping was on point and super helpful. "

"This was my daughter and myself mother/daughter yearly beach trip. I think it’s been the best stay yet. The location, the resort and our room were the best. Room was very clean. We did have a stopped up bathroom sink when we first got there but they came within 10 minutes of our call and fixed it. Also highly recommend breakfast in the hotel’s Shoreline Cafe. They have a breakfast bar with everything you could want. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again."
