"The desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Just don't get a room by the elevator. You'll hear it going up and down constantly. It is a great place if you're seeing a show at the Pageant. A head's up if want to eat after a show. Most places close or stop serving food at 10:00. I thought that was odd for a Friday night. Even the hotel bar stopped serving food at 10. My husband finally find a little place around the corner for a sandwich."

"We were traveling with 2 kids. The pool was awesome-salt, I believe. They even had pool noodles! The breakfast was like a restaurant; buffet and made to order, all included. Parking in the ramp was literally in the back of the building with a hallway into the hotel, super easy. Do eat or bring food back bc delivery and availability in the area was limited. 3 cheeseburger baskets was $76 with fees. Otherwise, easy to get to the zoo and other attractions."

"Lovely place to stay. The location was great and allowed us to walk in Forrest Park every morning of our stay. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. One criticism- I wish they would update the lightbulbs in the hallways to warm white LED. The sickly color the fluorescent bulbs give off make everything an ill/greenish tint to it, giving more of a horror movie vibe. It could be so much more theme appropriate warm glow and make the hallway inviting."

"Celiac Foodie Traveler: The hotel was fabulous, the staff- so friendly & helpful. The room had a king size bed, a couch, refrigerator, small coffee brewer, ice bucket w/ cups. Huge snack pantry for purchase with a variety of items. The room provided breakfast in the main lobby. Celiacs have the choice of Hard Boiled Egg, Fruit and Cheerios. The warm food items are all baked in a huge oven so cross contamination is eminent. The chef did say they have a separate toaster in the kitchen for Gluten Free items provided by the guest to toast. As for the room, incredibly clean, stocked and even had a small Swan Towel in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, fluffy pillows and was clean. 5 Star for the STAY & Quality 2 STARS for the Celiac Food Options- (Hotel Mgmt- add prepackaged GF items) Overall, highly recommended the hotel, but for my Celiacs- not recommended for breakfast meal but a quick bite of fruit and java! Happy Travels!!"

"Very clean, a quiet neighborhood, great location for what we needed to do, Lots of space to spread out in the house as we were five adults. Bathrooms were a bit small, but we managed. Fourth bedroom has a small twin bed. It was nice having two of the bedrooms on the main level for elderly people."
