"This hotel is located within walking distance to downtown and the river. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel and roo. Was veey clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was also great! 10 out of 10!"

"Some guy was in the pool area at night. When we arrived it was 9pm and pool is closed. My husband & I wanted to have a drink on the chaise lounges. This guy was getting dressed by the ivy wall, he comes out wearing dark blue jeans and a tank. He dipped his face into the pool, then splashed water all over his head, then proceeded to do push ups. He proceeds to start calling for this Hispanic guy, who was walking around the hotel all day on his phone, wearing a flowered printed shirt. The Hispanic guy enters the pool area and both guys walk to the side of the building across from pool. Clearly there were drugs involved and other weird things. This is not acceptable as I paid over $200 for this hotel. It made me & my husband very uncomfortable and I am going to let the front desk know "

"The lady that checked us in at the front deck was rude. We had our service dog with us and she tried to tell us that our dogs service badge was not real. After we got checked in she would just stare at us like we was not welcomed if it was up to her. Other than that our stay was great."
