“We had a lovely time with our family (2 adults, 6 children) for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed the premises which is completely closed-off with an electric fence, very safe for kids and dogs. We also very much enjoyed the swimming pool, which is located in the large garden. The B&B is located on the groundfloor, the owner lives on the second floor, which is directly connected to the backyard. The owner is really kind, helpful and trustworthy. “Wunderschönes altes Haus mit rustikaler, aber gemütlicher Einrichtung, guter Ausstattung und einem tollen Außenbereich. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist zwar eine unbefestigte und steile Straße, aber ohne Probleme mit einem normalen Auto (Opel Corsa & Fiat Panda) möglich. Nach dem ersten Fahren für uns kein Thema mehr. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr gut, sodass die Schlafräume hauptsächlich oben sind und die Küche direkt neben dem Essbereich draußen ist. Der Pool ebenfalls direkt daneben, ein Bier……

“My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market……

“I do not even know where to begin. The property itself was spacious and quaint with everything we could have wanted for a group of 12 people. The kitchen space made for a great family dinner spot and living room for game night. The pool with views of the Tuscan hillsides was literally from a book. Pictures do not do it justice!! I definitely plan to retire here some day in the future. Also cannot say enough of how helpful and ind Antonella was as a host. Would recommend to any friends/family……

“La casa è ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non è gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. Ci è piaciuto molto lo staff è cordiale il ristorante è molto buona e le piscine sono molto pulite e piacevoli.”
