「Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation).」

「One of the BEST resorts in Chiang Mai. The place is very peaceful and quaint. The resort owner greeted us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of until departure day. The food was fantastic and all homemade. The atmosphere of the area is meant for relaxation. We only stayed 2 days but will definitely return in the next few months. A wonderful place to recharge. 」

「I can’t recommend this pace enough. Such a comfy bed and HUGE bathtub. It was such an AMAZING experience, you get unlimited time with the capybaras if your spending the night and they are so well taken care of and are so happy, I was petting them for hours! The town around is just the best too, such a rich community, I highly recommend just walking around for a few hours and talking to the locals and getting the local food! 「The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...

「The photos of this room on Expedia are quite different — they seem to be mixed with other room types from the same property. In reality, the place looks about 75% like the pictures. The water heater didn’t work during my stay, but the service was good and communication was easy.」
