“We really enjoyed the great location of this unit. We were right in the middle of heavenly village and able to enjoy multiple restaurants, live music, and family activities all without having to load the kids up in a car. The room overlooked the pool which was nice as well. The resort itself really caters to families with multiple family friendly activities planned each day and different fun pool side snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, popsicles etc). “Great resort, great location, the discounts attached to the resort were nice as well. Only complaint was the window coverings. They were sheer and there are flashing lights at night. Otherwise it was an great stay.”

Areas of the property have had recent renovations since last year. We keep coming back to the Ridge as it is our home away from home. It is very close to Boulder Lodge, and Stagecoach is right next door! We love it at the Ridge, with the Ackerman's as host!”

“You cannot get closer to the gondola loading. That was amazing. But beware, fresh snow comes with storms. Storms come with winds. Winds put the gondola at Heavenly on hold...A LOT. We were there for 6 days and every day the Gondola was on hold, either partially or closed the entire day. A bit of a bummer for how awesome the location is to that lift. The only options are to go to the California Lodge or Nevada side (Stagecoach/Boulder). Shuttle, Uber or your own car if you have one. Aside……

“Beautiful Lakefront Escape for a Large Family Gathering. My family of 9 adults and 1 toddler stayed at House of the Stars over the holidays to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check-in so we could settle in before the celebrations began. The home was immaculately kept and had everything we needed to feel comfortable as a large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots, pans and appliances necessary to cook multiple meals……
