"The suite we booked was dirty with smudges all over the walls. The a/c unit did not work, we had to shut it off multiple times to be able to get ANY air. I was told that I had to request housekeeping in order to get new towels, I did request it, but had to go to the front office to get them multiple times. Breakfast was sub par, you get what you pay for. There was so much trash about the property, clearly no one cleans the area. This was a very cheap option (if you are in a bind)."

"This hotel is rated as a 4 star but it did not feel like it. The parking is tight and there is barely any parking near your room. People were smoking weed every single day and I could smell it in the hallway and outside the grounds AND cigarette smells on the beach. This was supposed to be a family friendly hotel but that alone made me want my money back. The sheets had sand in them as if they didn't wash them. The towels had stains on them. The floor was also filthy. It left my socks black. The door to the balcony didn't lock. The shower would splash water all over the floor because half of it was not enclosed in glass. The room itself was small. There are parking fee's. Overall this felt like a 2 star hotel. It was not up to my expectations. I would not recommend this to a family with kids. "

"Very difficult location to get in and out of. The building is dirty and not well maintained at all. One key did not work which we did not realize until one of us stepped outside and couldn't get back in. The smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking facility, lingered throughout the building. Zero amenities, not even an ice machine, doors that required a linebacker to open and close. The one positive: the staff. The staff was very good, doing the best they can with a sub-standard property. I give the staff five stars."
