「Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting.」

「I was staying for one night. I drove 8 hours from Ohio so I would be there to pick up my kid from camp the next day. When I arrived, they could not check me in because the system was down. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, Jeff manually checked me in. Jeff was great. However the experience was still frustrating. At check-out, they couldn't check me out so now I have no idea how much they are going to charge me. I am going to be incredibly disappointed if I get charged full price.」

「We got to hotel at 3:05 pm and had to wait for some to show up (a sign was up stating "out for 15 minutes".)a reception person came at 3:30pm. A kinda weird start. I left a tee shirt in the top drawer of a dresser and when I called back 5 hours after checking out they said they would look but they stated no one found a tee shirt. 「The room was clean and comfortable. The evening front staff was not very forth giving. Had to ask how to get from underground parking. Never gave direction to our room. Gave us the keys and room number. Very expecting that we had been at the hotel before. It felt as if we were interrupting him from something. Other staff that we encountered were very nice. We will return because we liked the property and the location, which was close to everything.」

「The property was rundown and filthy. The entire building, including the rooms, smelled horrible. The smell was so bad no one in our party was able to sleep. The air conditioner was not working and the floors were so slippery we had to be careful every step we took. The rooms were so dirty we didn’t “sleep” under the covers. There was someone’s hair in the shower. I am 62 years old and I travel a fair amount. This is the second worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely horrible.」
