Apartment was nicely decorated, easy to find & centrally located to areas we were visiting. Beds were comfy & everything was very clean & convenient. Would stay here again. Thank you!

This location was perfect for us and our stay on the North Shore. It was hard to find an affordable stay even towards the end of October. This location was close to Duluth & all the magnificent parks on the North Shore. This is a very old building so expect squeaky floors and small rooms. The step down from the bathroom needs to be practiced for midnight potty breaks. lol. But, the apartment was modernized and decorated well. We got the 2-bedroom because the beds were doubles…most of us are spoiled with queen or king sized beds. The kitchen was well supplied & had a dishwasher. The unit was clean…yea!We loved the sound machines provided as there is an active bar across the street and also apartment noises. We parked out front or at the side of the building and had no problems. There is no gift shop below the unit…guess they moved out.

Spotless clean apartment, easy communication, excellent location. Would definitely choose to stay here again. There is just one inconvenience: the website says the check in time is 3 pm, but the user guide says 4 pm. So we had to wait to check in, later than we planned.
