“The next door neighbor had a party and they were loud with a lot of people and noise, slamming the doors in and out even people standing in front of our door in the hallway. It lasted a day and a half. Everything else was ok!!”

“Friendly helpful staff. Quiet location. A great place to rest while traveling. The bed was excellent!”

“Did not go on property. Room not made over. Room was way down end of 3rd. Floor. No breakfast. Navi directions allways tryed to direct us through gated community.”

“Hotel staff are friendly. Rooms were clean. There isn’t a towel receptacle near pool, so if you don’t know , the front desk has them! Over all good place!”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“We stayed there for 5 days. Staff never smiles (except the guy who works the counter and the maintenance man). Couldn’t get them to clean the room (room service) the whole time (had to ask before 8am; every time they said they were too busy that day!)…to place the trash outside the room. The place was good, but the staff wasn’t so good about 90% of the time. They made us feel like WE were asking too much of them.”

“First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. Ok. Try to give some……

“Check in was good. Exercise room had several broken pieces of equipment. Fire alarm was set off at 545 by staff and no one knew what was going on. No shampoo or body wash in shower.”
